Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy Orders are packed within 1-2 business days. Once your label is created you will get an email with a tracking number and a link to follow the package. We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx and pick the best rate for your address. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after it leaves us. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies when your order qualifies for the current promotion. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us and we will help sort it out.
