Refund Policy

Refund Policy Unworn, unwashed items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Original shipping charges and tips are non-refundable. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Once a gift card code is issued, that sale is final. Custom, made-to-order, and clearance items are final sale. Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. To start a return, reply to your order confirmation email with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return. If an order was paid with a gift card, that portion is returned to the gift card balance.
