Rewards Terms Rewards points are earned on paid orders at the rate shown on the rewards page at the time of purchase. Points post as pending until your order ships, then become available to spend. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are not property. Redeemed points are applied as a discount at checkout. If an order or item is refunded, the points earned on it are reversed. If points were spent on a refunded order, the refund is reduced accordingly. We may adjust earn rates, redemption values, and promotions going forward, and may revoke points obtained through abuse or fraud. Accounts inactive for 24 months may have their balance expired.
